Where are you located?

We are a small, family business located in Pennsylvania, USA!

What are your customer service hours?

We're available Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm EST. We do not have hours on weekends or US holidays. If you reach out, we'll get back to you within 24 hours!

What environmental causes do you support?

Giving back and supporting eco nonprofits to help nurture our planet is a key part of our mission! We have a buy one, plant one system - meaning we plant a tree for every item sold. If you buy 4 items, then 4 trees are planted! We also donate a portion of every sale to help restore pollinator habitat! SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship to the USA and Puerto Rico, but we hope to expand our locations in the future!

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping (3-7 business days or 7-14 business days for HI, AK, and Puerto Rico) is a flat fee of $5.99. If you spend over $75, the shipping is free!

We also offer an expedited shipping option (1-3 business days) for $9.99.

How long does it take to get my order?

PRODUCTION TIME:

We know you're anxious to receive your items, so we strive to have your order processed and shipped as soon as we can! Typically, orders ship in 1-3 business days.

TRANSIT TIME:

Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days (7-14 business days for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.) Expedited shipping takes 1-3 business days.

All items ship from Pennsylvania, USA!

How do I track my order?

When we have your order all set to go, we'll send you a shipping notification email that will include a tracking number for your order.

You can also find your tracking number by logging in to your Oakstone Five customer account and checking your order information.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I return or exchange my item?

Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy. Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of delivery. Items must be in new, unused, unworn, unwashed condition, with the tags still on. Please see our Return Policy for more details.

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel an order, please let us know as soon as possible by sending an email to support@oakstonefive.com, or by using the form at the bottom of this page. Please note: If your order has already been processed and shipped, we will no longer be able to cancel it.
