ORDER PRODUCTION AND PROCESSING

It typically takes us 1-3 business days to produce and process your order. We know you're anxious to receive your items, so we always try to ship as soon as possible!

All orders ship Monday-Friday from Pennsylvania, USA. We do not ship on weekends or US holidays.

 

SHIPPING RATES & TRANSIT TIMES

Shipping is available to all 50 states in the USA, and to Puerto Rico. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

SHIPPING RATES

Standard Ground Shipping (3-7 business days or 7-14 business days for Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico) is a flat $5.99 fee for orders under $75.00.

If you spend $75+, the shipping is free! 

Expedited Shipping (1-3 business days) is $9.99 for all orders. 

 

ORDER TRACKING

Once we process, pack, and ship your order, we'll email you a shipping confirmation, which will include a tracking number for your package. (Tracking numbers will be active in 24-48 hours.)

You can also locate your order tracking number by checking the order info in your Oakstone Five customer account.
