RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days, from the date of delivery, to return or exchange your item.

To be eligible for a return/exchange:

  • The item must be unused or unworn, and in its original packaging with its tags still on 
  • Item must be free of odors, including cigarette smoke
  • It must be in the same, new condition in which you received it

Items NOT eligible for return/exchange:

  • Items that have been used, worn, damaged, soiled, stained, or washed
  • Items that have odors
  • Items that have not been approved for return
  • Items that are passed the 30-day window for return

Items that are sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

INITIATING A RETURN

To start a return or exchange, log in to your Oakstone Five customer account and choose the order that contains the item you wish to return. Select "Request Return", fill out the information, and submit the request. (If you wish to exchange an item, see the info below.)

Once we approve your return request, we will email you a shipping label for you to return the item back to us. If possible, please reuse the packaging that the item was sent in.

Please note: We are a small business and, while we're happy to return or exchange, we cannot cover the return shipping fees, so customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping. This amount will be deducted from your refund and is shown when you request a return.

We will notify you about the status of your return once we receive and inspect the item(s). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

 

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange an apparel item for the same item in another size or color, please use the comments section of the return request to let us know which size or color you'd like to receive. We allow orders to be exchanged one time.

Once we receive the original item back and confirm it's eligible for return, and we will send out your replacement. (We'll cover the shipping cost!)

 

ORDER CANCELATION 

If you need to cancel an order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We'll cancel your order, if possible. If an order has already been processed and shipped, we cannot cancel it.
